Account Manager
KBA Lease Services is seeking an Account Manager, reporting directly to senior leadership of the lease audit consulting practice. This position provides a unique opportunity to help structure and implement account management protocols across a diverse portfolio of many of the most notable global companies.
Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for the entire customer and channel partnership relationship lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, ongoing communication/reporting and account growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting partnership enablement. Success is based on (i) customer retention; (ii) channel revenue growth; (iii) maintenance of efficient and effective reporting protocols; (iv) establishment of methods to ensure consistent communication at proper stakeholder levels; and (v) ensuring an outstanding and personal experience for each client.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with evidence of solution sale/design thinking experience. The role requires a candidate able to collaborate across multiple internal and client-side stakeholders by applying a consultative, inquisitive approach buttressed by the ability to simplify the complex.
This individual will bridge the Lease Audit execution and sales teams by enabling smooth delivery and ongoing maintenance of lease audit and other consultative services, perform customer business reviews to help perfect current solution deployment and expand into potential new product areas, and provide customer feedback to internal teams in order to continue to improve and grow KBA’s services platform.
Responsibilities
Develop and effectively manage an account grading system
Enhance regular, right-sized communication/reporting protocols based on client type and need
Enforce internal reporting standards
Act as single point of contact for all programmatic deliverables and ensure client buy-in at all stages in services delivery
Facilitate well-coordinated updates between KBA’s implementation and lease audit staff, senior leadership and the client
Communicate phases of service delivery with customers/partners and internal teams
Simplify and streamline reporting
Troubleshoot client-side questions and concerns
Maintain metric-driven criteria for client site selection
Gather client’s business requirements and consult on best practices
Maintain relationship with key decision makers
Perform business reviews with eye on maintaining KBA service relevance and new product opportunitiesSupport feedback loop between lease audit delivery team and sales
Establish customer loyalty program

What You Will Need
Client-facing experience
Strong organizational habits and ability to quickly digest and manipulate data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on creating data-driven presentations

KBA Lease Services is hiring a Director of Finance and Operations to provide senior-level leadership to help the organization achieve its overall strategic direction and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, implementing and executing key objectives that lead to operation proficiencies alongside an aggressive growth trajectory. He or she will help set the tone in the organization by driving sharpened business operations, new business development and executing the company vision.
Responsibilities
Manage and direct all operational, financial and administrative responsibilities of the organization.
Provide enterprise-wide leadership by acting as a coach and mentor to gain buy-in from team members at all levels.
Analyze current processes and procedures, develop recommendations for changes and enhancements to improve productivity, reporting capabilities, quality of execution as well as identify efficiencies and cost reductions opportunities.
Analyze data to formulate strategy and promote growth.
Align and allocate resources to support team and company objectives and operational plans.

Skills and Competencies
B.S. (M.S. / M.A. / MBA preferred, not required)
7+ years of experience managing a financial or professional services office and experience in leading B2B, customer-facing organizations
Process oriented mindset with the ability to execute both strategically and tactically in order to deliver results that supports the overall growth of the company
Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels; both inside and outside the organization
Knowledge of technological trends to build strategic and scalable solutions
Ability to identify, measure and manage key indicators of business plan success
